8. Account Usage Guidelines

9. FRAUD PREVENTION MEASURES

9.1. We reserve the right to verify player identity before processing withdrawals and may delay payments during identity verification procedures. Providing false or incomplete information may result in withdrawal denial and account termination, with notification sent via email. 9.2. Our Company maintains a stringent anti-fraud policy. If players are suspected of fraudulent conduct including but not limited to:

• Credit card chargebacks or payment denials

9.3 We maintain the authority to close player accounts and return account balances, minus applicable withdrawal fees, at our absolute discretion without prior notice or justification.

9.4 Our platform has zero tolerance for bonus abuse. Players attempting to exploit welcome bonuses or promotional offers acknowledge that we may void bonuses and associated winnings for reasons including:

9.4 We reserve the right to withhold payments when manipulation of our system is suspected or evidenced. Legal action will be pursued against any individual who manipulates or attempts to manipulate our platform. We retain the authority to discontinue or modify any games or events offered.

9.5 Should players discover software errors or deficiencies, they agree not to exploit them and must immediately report such issues to us. 9.6 To combat fraudulent cryptocurrency transactions: When transactions are flagged as replaceable (Opt-in Replace-by-Fee/RBF), we reserve the right to immediately close associated accounts and withhold winnings.

9.7 All deposits must be wagered once (players must place bets totaling their deposit amount) before withdrawal becomes available. Multiple deposits without gaming activity require wagering the combined total before withdrawal. When money laundering or fraudulent activity is suspected, we may require deposits to be wagered at least three times.

9.8 For account verification purposes, we require documents (identification, payment methods, utility bills, etc.) in Latin or Cyrillic alphabets. When players cannot provide documents in these alphabets, we reserve the right to request video verification showing their documents.

12. INACTIVE ACCOUNTS
